Jan. 17th, 2025 10:29 pmThis time last year I was unhappy about the cold and amused by husband's weird dreams.
Today, I met up with a church colleague who would be interested in attending the sessions I have in mind, but has no capacity to help with leading. But they were very supportive and suggested some people to talk to. I think my next step is to meet with the St Luke's leadership team as a whole and float it past them. It definitely feels like this has legs, though.
I watched Rex Sterling play FFX - he stopped the stream after getting through Bevelle, despite chat telling him to continue. But then he got the joy of THAT scene at the start of the next stream. I had a tear in my own eye at his reaction and because it's been a while since I last saw it.
And now I'm watching him stream Ender Lilies live. Such a beautiful little game but so NOT for me :D
I played a bit of Veilguard tonight and got three side quests done - and then one of the companions gave me another quest after I'd just finished one for them! But I have learned a lot more about the Grey Wardens and the Dwarves tonight.
Work-wise, I did some planning for how I'm going to tackle the objectives my LM gave me yesterday, shared some draft minutes, and sent some good news out to colleagues. I still need to update that thing... Just made a note in my calendar for Monday.
And now it's about bedtime.
