Happy birthday to you!

Husband had a really good night's sleep for once <3

Son's cake turned out VERY well, if I do say so myself. It's been a quiet day, otherwise.

This time last year, I was baking a cake(!), walking through the snow, and making decisions about old files.

Today I met with someone from the Cultivate team to talk through my ideas for a new monastic group. I'm leaning towards offering it to leadership teams - they're an established group and I believe they would appreciate someone else doing the heavy lifting of leading worship. They gave me some things to think about. I'm also meeting one of my Parish's leadership team tomorrow to see if I can make any connections with their group. My reflections of previous groups I've led is that it really helps to have a pretty tight target group, which I haven't had - I know who I've wanted to attract, but not how to reach them.

I also did some work! I made a tweak to our project managing software, which I've been wanting to do for a while. And I started doing a trawl through the documentation of our projects - only got through a couple, though.

And my laptop has been rebuilt with Windows 11 and I'm getting used to all it's new quirks.

Tonight, I'm just chillin' with the boys watching stuff, which is nice sometimes.
