Hello, Cutie Pie

rosa_heartlilyThis time last year I was taking advantage of multiple university buildings, sorting husband's replacement CGM sensor, buying emergency lighting (which we haven't used since!), watching telly, and trying writing prompts.
Today was a pretty normal Saturday - cleaning, bath, and gaming. This morning, husband washed up whilst I cleaned the living room - a fair division of labour, I think. We treated ourselves to dinner from the sandwich shop, which was enjoyed by all.
I've finally got an email saying my Punk Bunny coffee is on its way! We had to settle for instant this morning because we had no beans in.
We also had a video call with the grandbabies (Younger Grandson is, rightly, objecting to being described as a baby, so I need a new description!). Granddaughter gave us some lovely waves and smiles. Apparently the nursery say she's turned into a horror over the holidays but she's still the cutest child ever born. YG showed us his Hulk and Captain America costumes and tidied away the pencils that GD had taken out of a drawer. He is also very cute, obviously.
I started my prep for my virtual Campino De Santiago. Last summer, we did a version of it at church to celebrate St James' Day, with 8 'stations' representing different points along the journey. I thought this meant there were 8 places to stay on the actual pilgrimage and had planned weekly sessions with the Letter of James over 8 months. Today I discovered it's a 40 day pilgrimage with 30-odd stopping points - the itinerary includes rest days - so I've pivoted to doing the 'journey' during Lent. Ash Wednesday is 18 February, which gives me just over 5 weeks to plan it. I want to find out something about the stopping off points and think about how I'm going to approach each Bible study. And how to record it all.
In GoY, I've learned all the shamisen songs and got my Wolf Blade fully upgraded. There are lots of puzzles in this area involving fox statues. And I've started collecting puzzle boxes. Oh, and I've made a new friend who is also a shamisen player. My bond with the wolf is getting stronger.
And now to bed.
