Mo' monsters, mo' trouble

A year ago I was doing WORK!!! (and getting frustrated with people who should know better), enjoying Rosie playing BG&E, making progress with Tunic, and watching Psych.

Today, husband and I went for a leisurely stroll, and had our dinner while we were out. One of the good things about walking around the uni is looking at the planting schemes and getting inspiration for our new bed. I'm considering lilies...

I explored my new home in ECHH, which I've named Heroes' Gathering. Now I know what all the resources are for. Today's thoughts:

• Go to the Great Hall! Right! But I wanna explore...
• The music for the castle reminds me of the music for Rabanastre 
• Oh, pretty courtyard! And a roof terrace!
• So many pretty areas to explore
• Garoo's accent is going to get very old very fast
• Treefolk Village (where X ran off to... <_<) here we come
• Healing herbs! Finally...
• I need more than a save point before I face that boss...
• Time for some grinding :(
• What's in this wood? Ah, another recruit!
• So many big bad monsters in the hearts of the woods... Thank you, soldiers, for warning me...

I've already built a few areas - I have a mine, a woodcutter and some pasturage. The castle/town is most like the kingdom builder in NNK2.

My credit card bill was due and I've just had a stupidly difficult fight to pay it. I mean, it's good from a security POV - I certainly don't want someone buying stuff on my card! - but it did seem overly complicated.

And I'm finishing the day off with some Doctor Who. Ah, the days of wobbly sets!

I love lilies. Unfortunately cannot have them because they are hideously poisonous for cats and mine would definitely eat them.
