Happy Star Wars Day!

rosa_heartlilyThis time last year, I took husband out for a walk, completing the plat for Carto, and watching Farscape.
Today we had our first Agape Breakfast - we're trialling a new worship pattern. As I sat down, the person sitting next to me said, 'Was there a discussion about all this?'. I said that it was discussed at our Worship Planning meeting and, as always at St Bride's, we were trying an experiment. They agreed that trying new things was one of the things that attracted them and others to St B's - but that people didn't always like what we tried. Well, we can't win then, can we? *sigh*
But overall, I think it worked pretty well. And I got everyone's name :)
Then husband and I set off for the restaurant. Mother & co missed their bus, then the bus they got on was stuck behind today's pro-Palestine protest so they were nearly an hour late. But when we finally got it, the food was delicious. I had prawn tagliatelle, husband had ricotta and spinach ravioli, stepfather had lasagne, and mother and sf's cousin had risotto. Then mother and I had lemon sorbet and everyone else had tiramisu. The cousin also had a toy racoon and a teddy bear for the grandbabies <3
When we got home, I spent some time on A Space for the Unbound. What happened to my cute interactive novel about a high school romance?! Apart from the story taking a dark turn, I've had more stealth sessions and some QTEs to deal with. But I've bumbled my way through. I'm very intrigued about what is really going on.
I wasn't hungry at tea time but I am now :(
Now I'm finishing the day with a couple of episodes of Old Who. The robots and costumes are equally absurd :D
