Whatever next?!

This time last year, I was worn out by three days in the office, excited about AI, and shopping at Lush.
Because I had Monday and yesterday at home, I went in to the office today. My first meeting was at 9.30 but I was running late so stopped off at one of our other buildings to sort that out, then finished the journey down the hill. I did a bit more poking at Power BI and gave myself a list of things to look at next week.
Later in the morning, my son rang to say the electricity had gone off. I checked the app and we had plenty of credit, so I told him to ring the hotline. First of all Scottish Power said it would be fixed by 4pm, then 6.30pm. On the way home, I picked up a couple of battery-operated LED lanterns, so at least we had some light! By then, they were saying it would be done at 10pm - then the lights suddenly came on at about 7pm! Someone's drilling nearby - presumably it's Scottish Power.
At dinner time, I filled out the form on the CGM provider's site to get another sensor sent out. A couple of hours later, they rang and agreed to send the sensor. The chap advised deleting all other pairings and restarting the phone if it happened again.
With power restored, we watched the latest episodes of The Traitors and WILTY, and now I'm finishing off the night with some old Doctor Who. Troughton is playing two characters in this story. The other is quite an ambiguous character - I was hoping he was going to turn out to be a goody, but I think he's an out-and-out baddy. Apart from a really dodgy accent, Troughton is doing a great job.
And this morning I tried a writing prompt - write a poem about the sound of footsteps in an empty corridor. I'm pretty rubbish at poetry, but I had some fun describing different feet and corridors.
