A good birthday
May. 8th, 2025 09:55 pm This time last year, I had a good birthday haul, made butterfly cakes and progress in Zau, enjoyed the sunshine in the garden, and watched some telly.
Today, I spent a lot of the day playing COE33. My early impressions are that the graphics (particularly the faces - Sophie's eyes! - and water) are beautiful, but the combat is taking some getting used to. I love the way we learn about the world naturally, through talking to NPCs.
Son has given me some money that I'm going to spend on the new book by FF Union - this one is all about summons. Husband is taking me on a shopping trip, when we can get it organised.
I've watched some old Doctor Who, and now I'm trying 'The Sinner'.
