A year and a day...

 This time last year I had an unexpected extraction - and I have a check up booked for tomorrow! Not expecting to get anything else done, though. And LM was charging ahead and not taking people with them *sigh* And Dave was doing a great job getting through the Temple of the Ancients.

Today, I had a play with one of the Power BI reports. I was trying to get the detailed plan to show just the current section but it only shows tasks that started in a given timeframe rather than the ones that are in train. We may need the PMs to open the live report rather than use the PDF, which is good and bad. Good because they can show the latest info, bad because it may throw something up they weren't expecting whereas the PDF is static. I'll have another poke at it tomorrow and see if I've missed something.

I did discover why the report we were looking at the other day was weird, though - we were looking at the wrong one! So that's one mystery solved - but it does mean that PM isn't using milestones in their plan. Something to pick up with them.

And when I was deleting some old emails I discovered/remembered that we've formed a project board for one of our projects but haven't convened it - so I'll pick that up with the relevant PM, too.

I have managed to be super organised with my monthly report, and got it all written ready for the boss to review it while I'm off next week.

No cleaning today because I was chatting to the boys - but that feels like a good job, too.

On YT, I've been watching a combination of videos about building restorations and history and I have a couple more ideas for Nova's story. I want an empire and I want an illegal school :D

And now to bed. A number of good nights in a row is really helping me have good mornings, too!
