rosa_heartlily Really not much to report today.
Took one of the PMs through the new set up ahead of them launching a new project. Realised there are things I still don't know, and that there are things I need to talk to LM about - but I have a session booked for Monday.
Placement student is here until September, which is GREAT. I can get them started on the final report!
And we already have over 25 applications for the new PM post. Hoping there's a good number of possible hires in there.
A more serious episode of Psych, with Juliet in real danger. But she's a tough cookie. There was also some comic relief with Gus dressed like a mannequin. Sorry - the mannequin was dressed like Gus :D
Lost a good chunk of sleep last night but made it through the day. Hoping for a better night, tonight.
And managed a spend-free day! They don't happen very often but I like to give myself a little pat on the back when they do. Of course, it does mean I'll have to dash out to the local shop as early as possible in the morning - but it's a WFH day, so not so frantic as other days.
