Getting back in the swing

rosa_heartlilyThis time last year I was avoiding the rain, tackling emails, and enjoying Dave enjoying the menus in FFVII OG.
Today, I needed to get into work early for an HR meeting. Not for me - I was a witness in a grievance case. I realised how little I remembered of the incident in question. I've had chance to reflect a little more and will send an improved version tomorrow.
I spent time playing Agony Aunt Rosa to a couple of colleagues, both venting from opposite sides of the situation - though not about each other.
And I did a bit of work, and read up on safeguarding from a CoE perspective - and realised I need to do some more training.
It was just good to be in the office for the first time in weeks! I was on leave w/c 5 May and looking after husband for the two following weeks. One more day in work this week and then another long weekend - and hopefully some retail therapy!
