Well, that's a relief
Jun. 9th, 2025 08:33 pmThis time last year I was making progress with Tunic, reflecting on unity and politics, watching Psych, and thinking about possible new games.
Today we had an early start because husband had a gastrostomy booked first thing. He got an all clear, other than the 'hiatus hernia' - which the nurse talked about as if we knew about it. Which we didn't - but we do now, I suppose. The GP is supposed to prescribe something - hopefully we won't have to chase it...
I didn't bother putting up my table because I only had the afternoon anyway. It was a relaxed sort of day anyway, workwise, so I had The Sinner on, too. I did the stuff I needed to do, and chatted to Chat Buddy, and got some washing done.
Husband, son and I had a little chat after work, too. Good to connect <3
And now another episode of The Sinner. This series is more existential. What's the meaning of life when we're all going to die anyway? All the things we do to cover up how scared we are about dying. And what is reality, anyway?
And that was today :)
