Getting stuff done

I've just got through three sidequests based in Minrathous. I'm encouraging hope wherever I have to make a choice. Because there's precious little of it either in Thedas or RL. I was going to do the next story quest there, too, but I'm going to round up the other sidequests first, I think. Oh, and there's another blossoming relationship between the companions <3

This time last year I was pottering around the house rather than going to church, finishing Sea of Stars, considering a second episode of 'After the Flood' that I never actually got round to, enjoying Dancing on Ice, and happy for a Liverpool win.

A side note on DoI - for the last two or three series, I've been so annoyed that they point blank ignored Jayne Torvill so much. This year, they seem to be making a point of speaking to her! I don't know if they've had complaints or the production team have noticed - or she's thrown a hissy fit. But she shouldn't have to.

And LFC have won again, tonight. Come on you Reds!

I had a 'workshop' session with one of our Power BI devs today and got some info on how to publish reports when I've finished creating them. However, I've also found some more errors with how they were originally created - you only notice these things when you're really working with them, I suppose. So, there's some more tinkering in the background for the dev to do, I think.

And the boss' plan for improving how projects start has had a mixed reception. I'm broadly in favour, although I do take the point one colleague made about highly paid people doing the leg work.

Secret Cat Forest's new area - the Library...? - continues to charm me. So many new items to build, so many new kitties to meet <3

Tomorrow, I'm meeting up with Favourite Colleague (at last!) to talk Christmas Doctor Who.
