A gamey type of Friday

I watched the latest Playstation Access Podcast, which discussed the team's games of the year so far. Dave - Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Rosie - Yakuza: Infinite Wealth, Rob - FFVII: Rebirth. No real surprises :D As I don't play many new games, my 2024 GOTY has to be Zau - but if I can count games I've played for the first time this year, it's somewhere between Immortals: Fenyx Rising and Sea of Stars, I think. Or Carto, because it's sooo darned cute.

I've downloaded the demo for POP:TLC, but I won't play it right after Zau. I'm not THAT much of a masochist.

I also see that RDD2 is on PS+. I really feel no pull at all to play it. But I suppose there's a chance I'll run out of other games at some point...

The LP of Rebirth that I'm watching now has the buggy and is driving around the Corel area. He SAYS he's focussing on story but he did a questy thing with cactuars and a battle arena - I call foul :D I'll probably play it when it comes to PS+ but... there's just so much STUFF...

And I rounded off with PA again - this time the Friday Feature, which was about unnecessary instant deaths.

I also managed to get some work done!

Now I'm settling in for the long weekend, which I'm going to kick off by switching my cleaning day from tomorrow to Monday. Because I can!
