rosa_heartlilyThere was another session of Cultivate tonight, which was designed to be a chance for people with similar ideas for their 'new thing' to get together. Unfortunately, I was the only one who wants to start something for 'people who want a Godly rhythm to their lives'! The person I got paired with did say they like the idea of a rhythmic structure to life a la monasticism and is trying to make more use of contemplative prayer - but they weren't biting as far as joining up with me goes :D However, someone else suggested someone for me to contact, so maybe...?
I feel I can't really move forward on my own because it needs a team (at LEAST 3 people - tripods, triangles, trinities; three really IS the magic number!) to decide what this even is, and how far we should commit to each other, and if we reach out to others and if so how. So having someone to reach out to feels like a good next step.
Work was a whirl of one thing after another, today. But LM's LM has actually had what could be a GOOD idea :O Not that their ideas are always NOT good but... well, this one feels like it has more purpose to it.
And I've moved on to Rex Sterling's LP of FFX. Looking forward to his thoughts :)
