You can't smoke inside here, too, which for some reason I was thinking about the other day. It was something I noticed when I was in Dublin years ago - how many more people smoked. At least in a city like Chicago where being outdoors is suffering 3/4 of the year, efforts to reduce smoking have definitely made progress, as far as I can tell.
