So since you're reading Austen, I thought I'd recommend a piece of nonfiction I just finished - Jane Austen's England: Daily Life in the Georgian and Regency Periods. It was delightfully easy to read, heavy on primary sources and links back to Austen books, and just--it was good. It was very good.
