How do we feel...?

rosa_heartlilyHusband is feeling guilty about not asking bil to live with us. He knows it's not practical - we have enough to do to look after HIM for one thing, and I think it could take longer to organise than he has left ;( It makes much more sense for him to go to sheltered accommodation or a nursing home, which will surely be quicker to arrange. And we can then visit regularly.
We went to see him today and he's actually looking much better, certainly a better colour. He's sitting up and talking - still very lucid.
I know husband is feeling helpless. This is his little brother, the one he was closest to, always looked after. But what can we do? He supports his brother and I support him.
At the other extreme, we find constant joy in baby grandson who is now crawling at less than 8 months.
